Terms of Use
1. Who we are
Lucrazo is operated by Lucrazo Company, registered under CNPJ 61.928.317/0001-87, headquartered in Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Brazil ("Lucrazo", "we"). These Terms govern the use of the platform available at lucrazo.com.br by buyers, creators, affiliates and co-producers ("you", "user").
2. What Lucrazo is
Lucrazo is a digital products marketplace: creators publish products (courses, ebooks, files, online/in-person events, communities, mentorships and other digital formats) and buyers acquire access to them. Lucrazo intermediates payment and access delivery, but is not the author, reviewer, or guarantor of the content published by third-party creators.
3. Sign-up and account
To buy, you can complete the purchase as a guest or create an account. To sell, you must create a creator account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out on your account. You must be of legal age or have legal representation to sign up.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (Asaas), responsible for transaction processing and settlement of amounts. Lucrazo retains an intermediation fee on each sale, disclosed before the purchase is confirmed. Prices are shown in Brazilian reais (BRL) and may include discount coupons applied at checkout.
5. Refund and cancellation
Purchases of digital products may be refunded within the legal withdrawal period (7 calendar days from the purchase, under the Consumer Protection Code, art. 49, for purchases made outside a physical establishment) or according to the specific refund policy of each product, when disclosed by the creator. The refund follows the same payment method used in the purchase. Refund requests can be made through the support channels indicated on the platform.
6. Access delivery
After payment confirmation, access to the product is released automatically (members area link, file download, event details, or redirect to an external platform, depending on the product format). Online and in-person events have a scheduled date, and access is released only on the date set by the creator.
7. Creators, affiliates and co-producers
Creators are responsible for the accuracy, legality and quality of the content they publish, including copyright and image rights. Affiliates may promote third-party products for a commission set by the creator; co-producers may share the revenue of a product according to an agreement registered on the platform. Lucrazo may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or present a high risk of dispute/chargeback, including temporarily withholding payouts while a suspicious transaction is being assessed.
8. Prohibited content
It is prohibited to publish or sell illegal content, content that violates third-party rights, incites violence or discrimination, piracy, pyramid schemes, or any material that violates applicable Brazilian law.
9. Limitation of liability
Lucrazo acts as an intermediary between creators and buyers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucrazo is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of third-party products, temporary unavailability of the platform, or content published by creators.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the version shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after an update implies agreement with the new version.
